About the Job

The Account Manager will oversee the planning and execution of our client’s projects. They will be the point-of-contact for all large/key clients and oversee execution through a team of Client Services Managers, Associates, and Coordinators. 
To be successful you need to be a project management powerhouse with the ability to motivate and direct a team in client needs and work with creative teams on the production of best-in-class creative sponsored campaigns across ElementIQ’s ecosystem of digital platforms.
The Account Manager position is focused on building, executing, and delivering exceptional integrated marketing programs for clients. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Tactical implementation of marketing communications initiatives
  • Being attentive to client needs, providing honest recommendations and work with the focus on what Behaviour needs to deliver to meet clients’ needs
  • Producing measurable business results for our clients and for ElementIQ
  • Supplier management
  • Delivering on-time and on-budget
  • Logistics management
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions, idea generation
  • Management of resources (internal and external team) 
  • Working closely with the creative team and within the creative process to ensure ElementIQ is delivering a quality product in a timely manner
  • Contribute to the company culture and provide leadership through action 


  • Ensure superior client service is delivered within a timely and responsive manner 
  • Contribute to the generation of big ideas that build our clients’ business
  • Implementation of programs and tactics that support clients’ needs
  • Manage the complete process from creative brief thru to final approval, production, delivery and post analysis
  • Work closely with creative team and vendors on timelines and budgets
  • Focus on delivering quality and excellence, client service
  • Contribute to the profitable growth of existing clients 
  • Budget design, management and accountability
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 2+ years position at a digital marketing agency
  • Marketing Degree or equivalent
  • Great Communication Skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
